Free Webinar Series Discussing Careers in the Arts for People with Disabilities Art Beyond Sight and the National Endowment for the Arts have Joined Forces This Thursday – Webinar # 1: Careers in the Arts: Promoting Access, Equity, and Inclusion for People with Disabilities Join the National Endowment for the Arts and Art Beyond Sight on May 16, 2019, from 3:00-4:00 p.m. ET, for the first in a series of six webinars promoting careers in the arts for people with disabilities. This webinar series is part of a toolkit designed to help expand employment and career development opportunities for disabled people as artists and cultural workers, which will be launched later this year.  This kickoff webinar, “Careers in the Arts: Promoting Access, Equity, and Inclusion for People with Disabilities,” will explore ways to tackle barriers people with disabilities may face when pursuing careers in the arts and culture field, as well as tools and resources that can help support success.
